![]() ![]() I would manually find the artwork from places like www.albumartexchange rather than iTunes Get Album Artwork function for quality of the image and the fact the iTunes does not embed the artwork like manual insertion but their image quality has improved and I have a workaround to embed the art obtained from iTunes (or the script I mentioned). Writing this out reads like it is complex but it is basically 'B' for The Band then select 'music From Big Pinky', Get Info. There is no need to highlight all the songs. Drag the artwork from your desktop into the artwork box hit OK and confirm the changes box. A question will pop up asking if you wish to change information for multiple items (answer yes). Select/highlight the album you wish to embed artwork in and then Get Info. What I do is first search the Artist column for the artist I am working with (highlight an artist name and then key in first letter of the artist you want them scroll from there to your artist and the albums you have for that artist will be listed in the next column). This will create a three column grid at the top of your iTunes screen in that view listing Genre, Artist and Album. While in iTunes select the Album List view (the 2nd small box on the top right of the iTunes screen left of the search box). I did notice a folder under 'favorites' that refers to artwork. going through the file folders one by one and embedding the artwork. I have noticed the mini thumbnail pix of the artwork, but I was not sure that meant it was "embedded" artwork at that point.
